Find out more about undergraduate study and graduate pathways at the University of Melbourne and plan your application for entry in 2009 and beyond. Obtain important admission information and speak with University staff about Melbourne Model study options, entry standards, entry for non-school leavers, guaranteed pathways to graduate professional entry programs and Access Melbourne, the University’s undergraduate special entry scheme.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS
We welcome prospective international students to attend important information sessions detailing a range of issues relevant to them.
These sessions are offered at 11:00am and 2:00pm in the Latham Theatre, Redmond Barry Building (Ref E18).
In these sessions you will learn details about our application process and requirements, offer and acceptance procedures, our guidelines for entry standards and about the wealth of student support services to assist you from the time you receive an offer through to your arrival on campus and throughout your studies.

GETTING TO OPEN DAY
CAR PARKING
On Open Day, car parking is available for the public and is free all day at University Square car park – enter from Berkeley Street or Bouverie Street via Pelham Street. Early arrival is advisable.
Visitors requiring access to disabled parking on campus should speak to parking staff on the day for special arrangements. Council permits are required to park in bays designated as disabled parking areas
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Trams run frequently along Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street/Royal Parade from the City. Melbourne Central Station is the closest railway station and there are numerous bus routes from the city and suburbs that include the University. For metropolitan train, tram and bus information, call Metlink on 131 638.
NAVIGATING THE CAMPUS
Information booths are located at Gates 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, as well as on the corner of Grattan Street and Royal Parade. Collect an Open Day program containing a comprehensive centrespread map with grid references for activities venues. Student Guides will be available to help you find your way around the campus.
